The dinner at Tresanton is now fully booked, however there are still a few remaining places at Endsleigh.

Hundreds of thousands of tourists pass through the city of Venice each year, however it is the food cooked in homes and made with local ingredients, recipes passed down through generations that is real Venetian food. So sit down with Skye to a sumptuous spread and discover the secrets of Venice.

£65 including a three course dinner with Skye, a fresh white peach bellini, a glass of red and a glass of white wine from northern Italy and coffee.


Has there ever been a prettier cook book? Envy-inducing and mouth-watering all at the same time. All of the recipes in A Table in Venice are typical of Skye’s cooking style: simple, fresh, colourful and always plentiful, whether it’s quick-to-assemble cicheti – the small plates accompanying an afternoon spritz or dinner party Prosecco – or a hearty serving of risotto topped with an extra grating of Parmesan.

Skye will be holding a Q&A on the evening, the book will be available to buy and a signing will take place after the dinner.
